SWIPE and Go: Onsite Gift Card Sales

IT'S YOUR CARD allows you to sell, redeem and track gift cards at any of your locations through your Point-of-Sale (POS) system, Property Management System (PMS) or DOLLARS ON THE NET^®. IT'S YOUR CARD can be fully-integrated with POS and PMS systems, making it seamless for clerks to activate and redeem cards at the register. Your gift cards are used in the same place, reported in the same way as your credit cards.

Card balance information can be obtained at anytime through the POS/PMS system or online and a balance receipt generated. Additionally, clerks can register a card to a customer and deactivate and reactivate a stolen or lost card. Since cards don’t have to be activated until sold, cards can safely be displayed at the counter.

IT'S YOUR CARD is able to support use across multiple merchants and locations, which makes the redemption of gift cards convenient for clerks and customers. A customer can purchase a gift card at one location (i.e. the front desk of a hotel or a stand-alone store) and immediately be able to redeem it at another (a hotel spa or a property located across town). The system manages all information enterprise-wide, so there is no delay between activation and redemption.

SURF and Go: Online Card Sales

IT'S YOUR CARD provides the ability to sell, distribute and obtain balance information on both physical and virtual cards through an IT'S YOUR CARD website, branded to your look and feel. A customer visiting your website will have the same experience shopping for a card as if they had never left your site. Yet the website is completely self-contained and securely managed by Shift4.

When selling gift cards through the web, your gift card store is open 24/7- offering convenient last-minute gift giving. Because you are not limited to selling onsite, you can sell gift cards in distant markets or set up a gift card kiosk at an off-site location.

Through your website, you can sell both gift cards and e-certificates. A shipping report is electronically issued for gift cards, while e-certificates (card numbers) are automatically fulfilled at the time of purchase. For all online use of card numbers, we suggest you require a PIN number for customers to securely add value to a card, check balance or make an online merchandise purchase.
