Installation

Because DOLLARS ON THE NET is as easy to use as it is powerful, the installation and training process can be done over the phone, saving the time and costs associated with onsite training. Our highly skilled staff of professional installers and trainers work closely with you to ensure that you get the most out of your investment, walking your staff through every step of your credit card process and fielding any questions they may have about DOLLARS ON THE NET.

Our staff is fully versed in various point-of-sale, property management and terminal systems, in addition to having in-depth knowledge of merchant banking, credit card procedures and regulations. You can be assured of a smooth and seamless installation and a fully trained staff upon the conclusion of our installation and training program.

In order to ensure a timely and successful implementation, proper preparation and prompt information sharing is critical. Although not every contingency can be anticipated, together we can implement a plan to minimize the potential for difficulty.

Process & Forms

To begin the installation process, you will need to download and fill in the New Customer Account Setup Form. You will also need one Profit Center Form for each revenue center utilizing DOLLARS ON THE NET.

These Profit Center Forms are automated Word Templates which allow you to TAB from field to field. Fields are limited as to length and content. If you wish, you can print the forms and fill them in manually. A complete set of instructions for filling in the forms is available for download.

  • Forms completed in MS-Word should be saved as ".doc" files, attached to an e-mail and sent to the following addresses: for new accounts, send to NewAccount@shift4.com; for existing accounts, send to MyAccount@shift4.com.
  • Forms filled in manually should be faxed to (702) 597-2499. For new accounts, send to NewAccount@Shift4.com; for existing accounts, send to MyAccount@shift4.com.
