Support – If you are a Shift4 customer with a question or problem about a live DOLLARS ON THE NET® system, contact our Support Department directly at (702) 597-2480, Option 2. Non-urgent inquiries can be sent to support@shift4.com. Please note that if you are a partner calling support in regards to one of you customer’s sites, the customer must be on the phone with you when you call.
Installations – Calling to schedule installation or training? Need help with paperwork or forms? Then call your Installations Coordinator, at (702) 597-2480, Option 4 or email install@shift4.com.
Account Management – Are you an existing customer with questions about Shift4’s features and benefits? Do you have questions about Shift4 processes? Do you have questions or general feedback? Then contact our Account Management Team at myaccount@shift4.com. Remember, if our account management team doesn’t know the answer to your question, they will either find out the answer for you or put you in touch with the appropriate individual at Shift4 who can assist you.
